Chris entered the financial services industry in 2022 after completing his Series 65, bringing with him over 20 years of experience managing assets for a major midstream oil and gas company. That background gives him a distinctive perspective on industry-specific financial planning that few advisors can offer.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Safety and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler, where he graduated with honors. He is currently completing his MBA with a concentration in Marketing and Cybersecurity.
At the core of everything Chris does is a genuine desire to see people grow — in their finances, their families, and their faith. He is committed to partnering with individuals and families to build financial plans that are practical, purposeful, and aligned with their long-term goals.
Chris resides in Longview, Texas with his wife, Robin, and their three children — Hunter, Katelynn, and Addisynn. The Scott family is deeply involved at Mobberly Baptist Church, and when he’s not at a sports event or dance recital, Chris can usually be found hunting, fishing, or on the golf course.
